- 2 cup packed dates, pitted
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/4 cup honey (or sub maple syrup )
- 1/4 cup creamy salted natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups gluten free quick oats
- optional additions: add any seeds, dried fruit or homemade chocolate you have kicking around
