INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Warm honey and peanut butter in sauce pan till smooth. Once smooth pour over dry ingredients and stir till everything is mixed nicely. Place dates in a vitamix and blend till they form a sticky paste. If they are hard, just soak them for 10 minutes or so to soften them up. Add your dates and spread mixture on a pan covered in wax paper. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy~~*
All of these ingredients can be purchased at a grocery store like Nature’s Fare.

I really like Genuine Health vegan protein. Easy on the stomach, taste good and the company is totally open to you calling and asking questions regarding their products. Hope this helps!
