  • Band

Beginner Each Exercise: 30 seconds

Intermediate/Advanced Each Exercise: 45-60 seconds

Repeat Workout 1-3 Times Based On your Physical Level

  • Reverse Crunch
  • In and Outs
  • Knee to Elbow
  • Leg Split with Crunch
  • Scissors with band

    Is there a way to add videos from the blog to a favorites folder on our account? It would be helpful so I don’t have to keep searching and going back through the blog to find the workout videos I really like. I love this workout by the way!!
