Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Balls


Happy Food Friday everyone!

This weekend I’m heading off to Vancouver for a weekend of training, catching up with some of my favourite women, and of course hitting up my favourite studios! On busy weekends, fuelling is so important. Jillian Harris and I whipped up these amazing little energy balls a few weeks ago. These balls are packed with goodness and will blow your mind with deliciousness!


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Roasted hemp seeds
  • (You also can add quick oats, egg, and or protein powder for some extra sass!)


Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Roll into little balls
Roll in roasted hemp seeds
Place in freezer for 30 minutes

    These are delicious! I added some oatmeal, coconut, pumpkin seed and sunflower seeds! I can’t stop eating them….
