Yesterday was the hardest day I have had so far.The two little tablespoons of oatmeal that counted as my carbohydrate intake for the day left me feeling sad and lonely.
What did my meal plan look like today?
Today was the first day without any carbohydrates.
Carly was right! Day four has been so much better (I’m in it to win it now)
The only sad part is your muscles start to shrink, due to the lack of carbs.

How do I keep my mind off the cookies in the kitchen?
I took a beautiful walk with a friend and then headed down to Blonde for some much needed retail therapy! Totally worked. Reagan was an amazing help and I came home with two lovely purchase!
