These tasty little treats are quick and easy to make, and are a great post-workout snack!
2 cups gluten free non-GMO natural marshmellows (For a cleaner option I personally would use dates, almond butter or peanut butter)
4 cups Koala Crisps brown rice cereal (or their Chocolate rice cereal)
3/4 cup raw Cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
2 tablespoons cold-pressed coconut oil
2 scoops New Zealand chocolate protein powder
In a medium sauce pan melt coconut oil, marshmallows, and vanilla bean powder together.
Once melted, add rice crispy cereal, Cacao powder and protein powder. Mix thoroughly!
Press into baking dish greased with coconut oil
Let sit for 10 minutes to cool, cut up and enjoy! (try to not eat the entire pan in one sitting)
