1 cup eggs whites
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup protein powder
If your using Vanilla protein add a little cinnamon
Place all ingredients in your magic bullet. Stir up and let sit for a couple minutes while egg whites saturate other ingredients.
Cook on a non-stick frying pan on medium heat until pancakes are brown on both sides.
Serve with your favourite sugar free syrup, or for a healthier option I make up my own syrup.
HEALTHY SYRUP INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup coconut milk
Heat up in a pan on the stove and drizzle over pancakes.
