This simple breakfast smoothie will fill up your tank and give you energy to get through your morning!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

3/4 scoop protein powder

1/2 banana

1 tablespoon unsalted peanut butter

1 cup almond milk

ice

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
