If you’re looking to shape your legs up for those summer short shorts, then look no further! This workout will leave your legs feeling like jello and ready to slip into those daisy dukes.

1. Hill Sprint – 500 metersphoto 1 (1)

At the top of the hill…

2. Pushups x 20

3. Downhill Sprint – 500 meters (back down the hill)

At the bottom of the hill…

4. Jump Squats x 30

5. Split Squats x 30

6. Crunches x 30

Repeat this circuit 6 times with as little rest between exercises as possible!
