Start with a mix of light jogging and air squats to get your blood moving and your body warmed up. Now it’s time to get down to business…

  1. Split Squats (heavy) x 8 reps
  2. Walking Lunges x 20
  3. 24 Windshield Wipers x 24

repeat 4 times

  1. Squats (heavy) x 8 reps
  2. Sprint x 30 seconds

repeat 4 times

  1. Step-Up (holding 20lbs dumbbells) x 8 per leg
  2. Rope Slams x 30 seconds

repeat 4 times

  1. V-Sit x 30 seconds
  2. Plank x 90 seconds
  3. Body Jack x 30 seconds

repeat 4 times
