Focus on time under tension for this workout. Set your timer for 1 minute for each movement. Make sure to keep your abs tight and movements slow and steady (don’t rush).

I suggest that if you’ve never done a workout with slider discs before, make sure to watch the video first to better understand the exercises and form needed for a successful slider workout. All you need are some slider discs to get started!

  1. Warrior sliding lunge
  2. Basic sliding lunge
  3. Curtsy lunge
  4. Forward lunge
  5. Plie squat jumps
  6. Hamstring sliders
  7. Hip pulses (one leg or two)
